The first time you place a bid or put an item on auction you are requested to give your contact information. To create an auction use the button Create new auction, v. 3. After the auction has ended a mail will be send to vendor and purchaser with links to their contact information. No third party will be able to see this information.
The button Create new auction is used to create new auctions. You can create your auctions from the main site from where you are led to the universes. You can also create your auctions from each universe as well. The creation of auctions is threefold:
Description and categorization of the item you will put on auction. The red star fields are mandatory, but otherwise it is completely voluntary how long or thoruogh description you want to give. However, our advice is to fill in as many specific and relevant details as possible. Click the button Save -> upload pictures and you arrive at:
the uploading of pictures. For the time being you can upload 4, but apart from that the uploading of pictures is voluntary. We strongly suggest, however, that you do so. Click the button Continue -> set up auction and you arrive at:
the third and last fase. Here you fill in the price and the duration of the auction (max 3 weeks, however, but you can always put the same item on auction again if it is not sold, v. 8). Click the button Save.
How do buyer and seller get in touch and how is shipment and payment managed?
After an auction has ended, an email is sent to buyer and seller with contact information. Nobody else can see this information. Shipment and payment is a matter entirely between buyer and seller. Our advice is to get it done as quickly as possible.
